Russo Consulting Group Inc. (RCGI) was started in 2002 by founder and CEO Gregory Russ, a former IBM employee.

The vision was to provide innovative programs that would enhance the technological skills of unemployed and underemployed residents in low income local communities in Palm Beach County.

Russo Consulting made this a reality by partnering with local businesses and community agencies to provide numerous resources including computer and job skills training that are beneficial to the development of local community residents.

Later, RCGI expanded its offering to include computer training for teenagers in an after-school and summer camp environment thus aiding with and enhancing computer literacy throughout the local communities.

Our Goals are as follows:

¨ To bridge the technology gap by introducing low income communities to the world of technology

¨ To provide the tools and support necessary to enhance computer literacy

¨ To empower low income communities with the skills necessary to pursue better jobs and create strong communities

¨ To provide services that would otherwise be limited or inaccessible

To develop and enhance the overall literacy and positive growth of low income communities.
